Problems receiving email

If there's an error message when you try checking mail, read the error message, that's a good clue.

• Have you looked in your Junkmail folder and Trash folder?

• Have you looked on the webmail? https://mail.rivwe.com/webmail/

• Is your internet connection actually working? Check you can load another website, such as the ABC or Weather Bureau

• Click Send-and-receive or Get messages. Did anything come in?
